From the prototype at the 2023 Show to the finished article in 2024. Working together we took the latest innovation in protection technology, and hid it in a classic work vest, to create a secretly technical, daily-usable piece of essential kit. For life on and off the bike. 

The Alpinestars Tech-Air3 primary impact protection vest was developed using over 20 years of data from both the road and track. 6 Sensors communicating with an ACU 1000 times per second create an Intelligent crash detection algorithm to deploy chest and back protection BEFORE impact with an obstacle.
